Early and growth stage · software

Your partner in building digital and software products.

The early-stage is messy but help is on the way. I've built strategic and venture bet products all my career.

01What I do

What I've been asked before

Engagements almost always start with confusion. Most of the time, it takes someone curious enough to ask the right questions to make a problem visible and next step clear.

01
“I vibe-coded this with AI, but I don't know how to deploy it correctly.”

Architecture cleanups, IP protection, and production infrastructure.

02
“Users aren't converted after landing, and I don't know why.”

Funnel teardowns, product-market positioning, and conversion experiments.

03
“I have a huge idea and don't want to spend six figures building it.”

Strategy breakdown, identifying a wedge, rapid prototyping and product demos.

04
“I'm doing all these different things but nothing is working.”

Identifying highest impact projects, scaling back dead-ends and redirecting efforts.

02Process

Scope, build, ship

Three steps, each with a clear job and a clear end.

  1. 01

    Scope

We start with what you are actually trying to learn. One conversation, then a short written plan: the smallest thing worth building first.

  2. 02

    Build

I build it. You put it in front of real users, your team, maybe an investor. It gets to the next step, or it doesn't.

  3. 03

    Ship

Architecture, security, performance considerations and production infrastructure, then launch. The unglamorous last 10%.
